There are plenty of opportunities for Horse Riding (Beginners or more experienced) BUT if you are safety conscious, which we recommend, then you may have to insist or ask for protective helmets! Two of the main permanent ones are listed but in summer there are other Pop-Up ones dotted around.

Directions: Coming from Rocca Di Mezzo, and through Rovere, turn Left at the Large Roundabout before you get to Ovindoli (where the market is held) - go past the Picnic Area on the Right - round the bend to the Left then, at the next bend to the Right, you should see the Maneggio sign on the wooden fence. You can have a “Taster” for an hour for about 10 Euros each and be well looked after, especially if you are a Novice/First Timer OR you can hire a ride for a half/full day Tel +39 349.5035474 ask for someone who speaks English (You should be lucky!)
