If you are a serious hiker then you would enjoy the Organised Walks arranged by the Trekking Assciation in Secinaro. We have been to the top of the Sirente Mountain with them in the past which is a brilliant memory but I think maybe we are past that now! However, we are still able to choose and enjoy the Touristico Walks - especially the Herb Walk.

They may not speak English but you do need to phone as some walks may have limited numbers or include optional lunch .... Out towards Stiffe then off Right (35-40mins) “Monte Argatone” …. From Bisegna to Villalago” “Delle Erbe e Delle Beetalle” …. Local Herb and Beetle Walk “Trekking Ciaspolata” …. Trekking with snow shoes in December Etc
