A visit to Popoli can include a walk up to the old Castle which looks down
on the town and, on the way up, you can take in the Sculptures depicting
the 14 Stations Of The Cross.
You can just enjoy these as Sculptures on your way up or, if you are
religious, you can go along with the Pilgrimage of reflecting upon each
one and praying as you go up (Normally this would be done over the
Easter period and specifically on Good Friday).
