Walk JS4 - The Rovere Angel
Difficulty E (2½ Hours) Start=Rovere Car Park on the Left as you come from Secinaro This is a “staight up” walk I’m afraid but it’s on a good path/road so not too bad if you pace yourself. Worth the walk for the beauty of it and the view from up top where you can have your Picnic or wait until you get down and visit one of the Cafes in Rovere.

Choice of two Cafes after you have visited the Angel. “Lu’ Bar” near the Car Parking Area is probably cheapest but the other one on the Roundabout “RistorOsvalda” is in a better setting - both have Toilet Facilities!

Difficulty T/E (2hrs) Start=Secinaro Piazza This is the large Cross (no longer illuminated) which you can see on approaching the village. It can easily (except for the hard walk up from the Piazza) be reached by continuing upwards from the small/large church at the top of the hill. For an easier walk, you can drive up for parking near the small/large church (You can, in fact, keep driving right up to the cross if you just want to take in the views)
