We purchased our property in December 2005. It took about 2 years to get it ready and good enough to stay in and holiday comfortably, not to mention the times we stayed there uncomfortably in order to progress the work! Casa Italia Although we did much of the Minor Works/Decoration ourselves, the Major Items - Kitchen/Bathroom/Central Heating were organised for us and managed by our Real Estate Agent at reasonable cost (Kasper & Anja of Casa Italia an English/Italian/Danish speaking couple previously based in nearby Gagliano Aterno) ….
