The old kitchen The old bathroom Open up the old bathroom arch and swap rooms with the old kitchen! A good recipe for more chaos!
I know, why not swap the Kitchen & Bathroom around, then we can open up the old arch and have back door access out of the apartment?

Pity the back door wasn’t done for a few months!
The red tape was too much so we never got to buy the garden!
This is the garden at the back which we didn’t get to buy in the end!

In 2017 the derelict small apartment next door was becoming worse and worse and, when its’ roof blew off, it began to cause leaks and damage affecting our property. In the end, we decided to make an offer for the property and start a whole new renovation project <Click here for details>
